T-Mobile USA has announced that the BlackBerry Bold 9900, which is their first BlackBerry smart phone with the HSPA+ capability would be available on August 31 for $299.99. Even though the price of the phone was already leaked earlier this month, T-Mobile has also announced the exclusive pre-sale for T-Mobile business customers.
The BlackBerry Bold 9900 comes with BlackBerry 7 OS, NFC and a Powerful 1.2 GHz processor. It has 2.8 inch (640×480 pixels) Transmissive TFT LCD display with 24-bit high-resolution liquid graphics and QWERTY keyboard. Other features includes 5 MP Camera with LED Flash and 720p HD recording, Wi-Fi n, Bluetooth, 8 GB in-built memory and expandable memory up to 32GB with MicroSD.
The BlackBerry Bold 9900 is also the first phone T-Mobile’s new MobileLife Family Organizer application powered by Cozi that makes managing busy schedules of the family easier with centralized calendars, shopping lists, to-do lists, and family journals. It allow family members to share updates with each other on the go and send the calendar reminders via text or email.
The BlackBerry Bold 9900 would be available on August 31 for $299.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate card, with a two-year service agreement. It would also be available as exclusive pre-sale for T-Mobile business customers starting today, August 17.
